Came to this salon for the first time with my boyfriend for a pedicure & we were so pleased with the service! Everyone was very polite. I love how they want the clients to feel relaxed while they come & we definitely felt that way! We didn’t have an appointment but we came in the morning so they attended us right away. They asked if we wanted drinks & I got the iced latte & it was so good! Mimi was the one doing my pedicure. She was very professional, kind & attentive. I will definitely be coming back.

Really good customer service front the moment I entered into the spa. Receptionist was very patient with my questions and ready to answer all. She continued providing guidance and support as we moved toward the waiting room. Spa was full however waiting time was short.

They squeezed me in as their earliest appointment was at 4:30pm and I arrived at 5:05pm due to traffic. Mimi did my pedicure and she was phenomenal. This is seriously the only pedicure that I have enjoyed pain free. For my nails I had John black give me a creative manicure. He was also very informative and pleasant to chat with. I would recommend you guys come and ask for Mimi for your pedicures and John black for nails. I can’t say enough good things about H & D Nail Salon. Especially Nina, she does such an amazing job. She’s so gentle and her work is perfect every single time. 6 months pregnant and she does a great job at my pedicures. Very gentle, yet gets the job done! Her work is always clean, pretty, and perfect. My nails come out exactly how I want, even when I ask for crazy designs. Thank you Nina!

My friend and I booked an appointment together and the nails are wonderful, high quality, and exactly matching the photos we showed for inspiration. However, we asked to be sat next to one another (as we booked the appointment for two and there were 15 open stations). They said yes but placed us on opposite ends of the salon, to the point where we couldn’t even see each other. I requested again and my nail technician looked at me and proceeded to ignore me and continued to do my nails. Later, after the appointment, my friend told me she requested several times and her nail technician ignored her as well. Honestly, a frustrating experience that tainted my enjoyment of the finished product and ruined a girls day out.
