Hello,

There's a saying in Spanish "No todo es color de rosa" meaning that not everything is nice and easy as it may seem it is. For example, you have a great job but "no todo es color de rosa", it has its upside downs.

My try:
Not everything's easy

Is there an equivalent saying in English??

You can say "it has its up-sides and its down-sides" (at the same time)
or
"It has its ups a and downs" (alternating)

There are many, many sayings that could be used in English, as example:

You have a great job, but don't expect it to be all peaches and cream.

I'm sure with a little time, there will be many similar posts on the forum, but they might not all be as nice as a warm fluffy pillow.

Thank you so much. I totally apologise for my mistake "its upside downs" (I have problems with memory due to my dyslexia and it's embarrassing sometimes, I can say things like "... so you candle the blows" etc. (in native language as well). Thanks a lot for the grammatical correction.

So, summarising (and depending on the context):
...but
It's not all a bed of roses.
don't expect it to be all peaches and cream.
they might not all be as nice as a warm fluffy pillow.
